I am the author of Writing Towards Consciousness — Finding Your True Story (Dutch version: Schrijven naar Bewustzijn, 2019), a work that has laid the first foundation for many of my retreats and programs.

For over a decade, I’ve guided thousands through Systemic Constellations, Inner Child Work, Rituals, and Energy Work — opening pathways from stagnation into freedom, creativity, and authentic leadership.
My signature Dot-Line Writing Meditations invite profound self-inquiry and transformation through the written word.

I partly live and work on the Greek island of Ikaria, the island of longevity, where the wild nature and timeless spirit inspire everything I do.

MY STORY

I’ve walked a long path to where I am now. I know how it feels to be stuck — to sense the need for change without knowing the way. Fifteen years ago, I felt the call to retreat from the noise of the world so I could hear my inner voice again.

For nearly three years, I gave myself to silence and retreat. When I settled on the Greek island of Ikaria, I began reshaping my life — creating both a new home and a business from the ground up.

Everything I have discovered along this path, I now share with you — so that your own journey may unfold with more ease, clarity, and light.

Bridging unconscious and conscious, uniting dark and light — I open space for what is ready to unfold.

Ever since I embarked on my inner journey, my passion has centered around expanding consciousness.

MY VISION AND PURPOSE

I believe life is a sacred dance — a surrender into unity between Feminine and Masculine, chaos and order, life and death. In this dance we remember: we are light, we are our infinite potential, we are our power to create.

At the heart of my work lies the Cosmic Womb — the source of all life, within and beyond us. By reconnecting to this spiritual womb, we reclaim our creative power, restore harmony between Feminine and Masculine, and contribute to the rebirth of a New World.

My purpose is to guide profound transformation — a rebirth rooted in radical self-love. A path of remembrance, reconnection, and restoration.

In the beginning, there is a dot.
The dot of the Genesis, where creation unfolds.
The dot of the Womb, where all life is held.
The dot of the Heart, where love awakens.
The dot of the Inner Eye, where truth is seen.

From this single dot,
everything is born anew.
