By subscribing to the newsletter or downloading the e-book, you have provided your name and email address, which is stored in our mailing list. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of each newsletter.

We do not retain personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. The personal data requested for participation in our activities is not retained for longer than 5 years. Email addresses in our mailing list are stored until you unsubscribe.
