What this day looks like
We meet in person for a full-day live immersion held in Belgium or on Ikaria, Greece — wherever the field calls us. During this day, I guide you through a carefully held process of:
- Systemic constellation work — to reveal hidden patterns and restore order in your system.
- Energy work & rituals — to release what no longer serves and anchor new possibilities.
- Writing & reflection — to give language to what moves within you.
- Integration space — so your body and nervous system can absorb the shifts.
You’ll also receive a personal questionnaire beforehand to open the field of your family history and prepare your system for this inner work.

Preparation & follow-up
This is not a casual session — it is a deep immersion. That’s why the journey starts weeks before we meet:
- Two 2-hour online sessions in the weeks leading up to our day together, to clarify the themes that need attention and prepare the field.
- Three weeks of WhatsApp support afterwards, so you feel held while new insights and changes integrate into your life.
